"Le Four à Pain" is so named because during our renovation of the kitchen, a collapsed bread oven was discovered at the back of the room. It had been used from the beginning of the First World War for baking bread and slow cooking the home grown meats. This area now forms part of the kitchen, and has been modified to be the utility room containing fridge/freezer and washing machine.

"Le Four à Pain" has a separate lounge with an attractive feature fireplace and woodburning stove.
